Designed to help students develop a greater connection to the university, VCU offers several graduate housing options on both the MCV and Monroe Park campuses. In addition, resident assistant and residence director positions are available and include a stipend based on the length of the contract, as well as a meal plan allowance and housing in the residence hall. Many graduate students also choose to live off campus. Reasonably priced apartments are readily available in a variety of styles and settings in nearby residential areas or within easy commuting distance. Off-campus housing information, including property management companies, apartment listings and roommate message boards, is available from the Division of Student Affairs’ Off-Campus Student Services.
