Nanny/caregiver needed

Do you love babies? Are you looking for some extra income to put you through graduate school that will be flexible with your class hours?

We are two families looking for one graduate student with childcare experience who is interested in watching two infant girls in our homes.

Ideal candidates would be able to work 25 hours a week starting in July with one infant, and then 16 hours a week around October with both infants. Pay will increase with the responsibility of two babies.  

The nanny/caregiver must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to submit to a background check. Background in early childhood education a plus, but not required.

Medical student looking for roommates

Second year medical student is looking for two roommates to fill two rooms in a house located at 2115 East Broad Street, near the corner of 22nd and Broad streets at the beginning of Church Hill. The house is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to MCV. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. Room for rent

Rooms for rent for the upcoming 2008-09 school year (prefer female non-smoker, graduate student or professional). Located in the near west end at Monument and Westmoreland Streets, about 10 minutes to VCU and 15 minutes to MCV. My home is about 3,000 square feet so there is plenty of room.

There are two extra bedrooms that are not being used. One of the bedrooms is furnished and is available for use. The occupant would also have their own full bath, and access to all other living areas. They would only need personal items since the kitchen and other rooms are fully furnished. The rent would be $675 a month including utilities and internet.
