Huntington Learning Center in Glen Allen, Va., is looking for qualified individuals to teach exam prep and subject tutoring, specifically in math areas. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Must have a four-year degree
- Be available to work afternoons and evenings between 4-8:30 p.m., and/or Saturdays between 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
- Be punctual and dedicated to our students
- Be comfortable with advanced math skills

Roommate wanted
I'm looking for someone to take the second room in a large two-bedroom/two bath apartment in the Museum District as soon as Memorial Day weekend. Rent is $575/person and we'd split the cost of utilities. The owner is in the process of renovating the apartment so I don't have pictures at the moment, but it's just a couple of blocks from Carytown, has a washer and dryer in the basement for your use and private off-street parking. Your bedroom will be unfurnished and although I have enough furniture to cover the rest of the place, if you have stuff you'd like to add to the mix, there is definitely more than enough space for it.
A little about me: I'm a pretty laid back 31-year old female graduate student, excited to experience life in downtown Richmond. I enjoy the occasional happy hour or dinner out, but I'm not a huge partier. In my free time, I like to be active outdoors or veg at home with a glass of wine and Netflix. I also have a cat, so hopefully you're cat friendly. He's a friendly little guy who enjoys being around people, but you can keep your door closed if you'd rather he not be in your room.
Who I'm looking for: A drug- and smoke-free graduate student or young professional who pays bills on time and will clean up after themselves. It would be great if we could be friendly and hang out when we're both home, or sometimes do dinner/drinks together, but it’s not a dealbreaker if you want to do your own thing. When you do go out, I just ask that you don't bring the party home and respect my need for a little quiet if I'm studying, and I'll of course do the same for you.

I am a 25-year-old professional male seeking a potential roommate for a three bedroom, two bathroom house. I will be renting the top floor of the house, which has two bedrooms and a bath. The house has a front porch and a back patio with a large back yard. There will also be additional storage in the shed if needed.
My ideal roommate would be a professional or graduate student, smoke free and drug free, have no pets, have a stable monthly income (proof of income will be required), not noisy, clean (this house is carpeted) and conservative with utilities.
The house is located on the 3100 block of Mountain Road in Glen Allen (in Henrico, right off Interstate 295 and less than 15 minutes from the city and 10 minutes from Short Pump.)

Two rooms for rent in Oregon Hill
There are currently two rooms available in a beautiful, recently renovated three-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Oregon Hill. One bedroom is the master bedroom with a large, full sized closet, double sink, private bathroom, two large, street-facing windows and attic space. The other bedroom is less expensive, has a spacious closet and is also very large. There is a shared bathroom in this one. The cost is $400 per month, and cable/internet/water/power/trash are separate (usually running $90 to $120 a month).
Overall, the house is gorgeous, with a large living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. It has all hardwood floors, a large front porch, second floor back balcony and small fenced-in backyard with storage shed and propane grill.The downstairs is fully furnished, and the landlord is excellent and very on top of lawn care and maintenance issues.
I currently live in the middle room and will be moving out in May. I would like to find someone to sublease from me for May-July 31 and potentially take over the lease, or take a look at the master bedroom that is also available.
My third roommate is staying through the summer at least. She is a young professional who is very clean and considerate.

My name is Leo. I'm a male biology graduate student doing research on the MCV campus. I live in a two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Shockoe Slip, less than a 10-minute walk to the MCV Campus, RamRide bus stops, and the Pocahontas and Capitol Square building. The apartment is a historic building, renovated to hold businesses on the ground level, and apartments above them, and includes a living room with dining area and kitchen. It is furnished with my furnishings, except for the bedroom and bath which are available to rent. No pets are allowed, and the unit is all hardwood, except for tile/linoleum bath and kitchen. Laundry facilities are shared on the same floor as the apartment.
The area is characteristic of historic Richmond, surrounded by reputable businesses, well-reviewed restaurants/bars/cafes. The Farm Fresh grocery store is a mile away, and a CVS and 7-11 are less than two blocks away. There are plenty of jogging areas near the river/canal, and it is an easy bike ride to Browns Island.
I'm looking for a professional, or advanced degree student, to rent the second bedroom/bath for $500/month. Parking is on your own, and is $95 a month at the nearest parking garage, or less at farther away garages. I am a current first year pharmacy school student looking for a roommate starting in the fall 2013 semester. I currently life in a two-bed/one bath apartment near the West End (Wythe Avenue), approximately 10-15 minutes from the MCV Campus.
