
While the Graduate School at VCU does not require any standard entrance examinations, most graduate programs do consider scores from common and relevant tests for the given discipline. The program search feature on the Bulletins website outlines any tests that may be required by the degree program to which you are applying. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) in addition to any other test scores required.
Official test scores must be requested from the appropriate testing agency and reported directly to the Graduate School. An official agency copy must be received by the Graduate School before a final offer of admission can be made.
