Application for Virginia in-state tuition [PDF] (if applicable).
Please note: If you are using the online application, the application for in-state tuition is submitted electronically with the application for graduate school.
Personal statement. Send to the appropriate graduate program address.
References [PDF] in sealed envelopes signed across the seal by the referees. Send to the appropriate graduate program address.
Official transcripts [PDF] in sealed envelopes signed across the seal by official university or college registrars.
Official test scores must be reported directly to the Graduate School by individual testing agencies; however, to expedite review of your application, you may submit student copies, if available.
Any required supplemental application materials required by individual programs. Send to the appropriate graduate program address.
School of the Arts applicants should submit portfolios online: SOTA online portfolio submission.
